Welcome back to another Construction Season along Lakeshore Drive. The work to be completed this year in the Cottage Area (between 39th Street and 40th Street) on the North side of the road includes the:
• The construction of the Promenade continued from Centennial Park.
• Introduction of various types of Street Furniture.
• Installation of the New Streetlights
• Redevelopment of Centennial Park (Phase 2).
Please check the downloads section for the drawings that show the concepts as to what is being completed this year.

Lakeshore Drive Redevelopment - Stage 3 Construction
As we approach the last long weekend of the summer, crews will be moving back into the commercial area on Tuesday September 6th, 2011. They will be starting the construction of the raised intersections, seating walls and the placement of street furnishings.
Crews will continue to work in Centennial park as they continue to complete the promenade, greensway walk and the landscaping.
Please obey all construction signage.
There will be a Bi-Weekly Construction Meeting every Two (2) Weeks at “1:00pm” “Proform Trailer”, All Resident and Business Representatives are welcome and encouraged to attend

Lakeshore Drive Redevelopment - Stage 3 Construction
As most of the construction in the area between 40th and 50th Streets along Lakeshore Drive has been completed, construction of the raised intersections and seating walls will resume after the September Long Weekend. There will be some minor works being completed which include paving stones and planting beds being completed through out the summer months.
Crews have now moved into Centennial Park and this area will start taking shape as the summer goes on. Please obey any construction signage.
